Purchasing Items From Happy Earth Eco Store

Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need in order to complete the order.
We accept all major credit and debit card payments. If you are shopping from Ireland or Europe, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, Switch, Solo, Maestro and Mastercard. We can accept credit/debit card information over the phone, or over the Internet.
As soon as we receive your order we will send you a conformation email, this is to indicate that we have received your order. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice which goes out with the goods. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

 

 

Faulty Goods
 
It’s a sad fact of life that you may receive goods that are faulty.  Although this is very rare you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt.  Please ensure that you test all goods upon receipt of delivery, even if the goods are intended for future use or a present for someone else.  This will enable you to identify any faults as soon as possible.

We are only able to replace goods with identical products - requests for different sizes or colours are acceptable, subject to availability. Requests to order additional items or a different item will be treated as a new order.

This Happy Earth Eco Store guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights.

 

If you are returning an item within 14 days of receipt because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective we will pay for the return.

Back Orders
There may be the odd instance when your item is out of stock.  If this is the case we will place your order on back order. If it's going to be longer than a few days you will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
