Standard delivery
Happy Earth Eco Store will deliver if your item is in stock,within 1 to 2 days depending how much it weighs, your order will go by Royal Mail second class or standard parcel, or by TNT, in which case a signature will be required when you receive your parcel.
Couriers deliver Monday to Friday, Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday - if you know you are usually out during the day, ask us to send your parcel to a different address when you place your order.

Standard delivery takes between 3 to 5 working days to reach you. Orders for delivery in the UK and received before 12 noon are dispatched the same working day, while those placed after noon or on a non-business day will be sent on the next business day. When possible, and go via Royal Mail Second Class post. Royal Mail's website says that second class post should be delivered within 2 to 5 days but this is not guaranteed and it can take longer in some circumstances.

We have also found that there have been a few instances where it has taken longer than five working days so we would ask that you leave it for at least five working days before contacting us, however we do find that the majority of our parcels are received within two to three working days.  Once we have despatched a package we have no control over the delivery by Royal Mail. Working days for us and Royal Mail are Monday to Friday.

The UK mainland area covers all postcodes in England and Wales. The following areas are also classified as UK mainland - however, please allow an extra working day for delivery to these postcodes:

Aberdeen AB13-63, Dundee DD8-10, Dumfries DG1-16, Exeter EX16-23 & EX31-39, Falkirk FK1-21, Holy Island TD152, Isle of Wight PO30-41, Kilmarnock KA26, Llandrindod LD1-8, Llandudno LL15-78, Perth PH8-16, Plymouth PL11-35, Shrewsbury SY7-25, Truro TR1-27.

 
Express Delivery
We will do our best to send out your order within 1 day. In busy times it may take us a little longer. Express delivery is guaranteed to arrive faster - your order will be sent Royal Mail first class or by TNT, and should arrive within 48 hours of us sending it.  Please bear in mind that signature is required in order that we know your parcel arrived safely.
 
Re-delivery
If you know you will be out, please do provide a delivery address where packages can be received, as once orders have been returned to us for a reason within your control, (such as no one was in to take delivery) a re-delivery charge of £4.95 will be incurred.
If such undelivered orders are subsequently cancelled, any refund will have all delivery and return charges deducted from the refund amount
